Victron Smart Battery Sense

Smart Battery Sense is a wireless voltage and temperature sensor for Victron MPPT Solar Chargers, enhancing charge efficiency and battery life. It measures voltage directly at the battery, correcting for losses from cable resistance, and adjusts charge voltage based on temperature. For lead-acid batteries, it raises voltage in the cold and lowers it when hot; for lithium, it disables charging near or below freezing to prevent damage.
Wireless VE.Smart Network connects it to multiple Solar Chargers on 12V, 24V, or 48V systems via VictronConnect. Easy to install, just connect the unit's two eyelets to your battery terminals and attach the Smart Battery Sense unit directly onto the battery-body using its self-adhesive strip.
