That's why we offer our Price Match Policy, which allows you to request a price match if you find a lower price on an identical product at a competing retailer. Burnsco Club Members can also earn rewards vouchers, so you really are getting the best deal. 

To be eligible for a price match, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The product must be identical, including the brand, model, size, colour, condition, and any included accessories.

  2. The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at the competing retailer, and also at Burnsco.

  3. The competing retailer must be located within the same geographical area, which we determine at our discretion.

  4. The lower price must be verifiable through a current advertisement, website listing, or a written quote from the competing retailer. The price must be publicly advertised and accessible to the general public.

  5. The lower price must be inclusive of GST and all fees/charges, including delivery charges. 

  6. Price matches are available for in-store and over the phone purchases only. Price matches cannot be made retrospectively.

The following items are not eligible for price matching:

  1. Clearance, closeout, or liquidation sales.

  2. Duty free or parallel imports.

  3. Special promotions such as buy-one-get-one-free offers, bundled deals, subscription, or package offers.

  4. Prices from auction sites, marketplaces, or third-party sellers.

  5. Pricing errors or typographical errors.

  6. Bulk or commercial quantities.

  7. Gift Cards.

If you find a lower price on an identical product that meets the eligibility criteria, please follow these steps to request a price match:

  1. Contact our customer service team on 0800 10 20 41 or visit one of our store locations.

  2. Provide the relevant information, including the competing retailer's name, product details, and the competitors price.

  3. Our team will verify the information and, if approved, adjust the price of the product to match the lower price.
