Click and Collect

If all of the items you have put into your shopping cart are in stock at your store of choice, then your order will be eligible for free Click and Collect. We aim to have your order ready to collect within one business hour.

Firstly, sign in to your Burnsco Club Member account. If you are not a Club Member, you can sign up here.

Then, you can add all the items to your cart and select the checkout button. 

You will be directed to the delivery options page, where you will see an option for courier delivery or Click and Collect (see below).

Select Click and Collect, and type into the search bar or scroll to the store that you would like to collect from.

You will be shown whether or not your store has all the items available to be collected. 

If all the items are available, you can select the store and proceed through to the next step (see below).

If your selected store doesn't have all the items available, you can select a different store or choose to have your order delivered directly to your address. 

If your selected store has the stock available for collection, you will be prompted to enter your name, billing address and phone number.

Please ensure all your details are correct, especially your email address and mobile phone number. We'll use these to contact you to let you know your order is ready for collection.

Then you can proceed through the checkout as usual.

When we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation email. Within one hour, we will send another email when the order is ready to collect from your chosen store. Please do not arrive to collect your order until you have received this confirmation that it is ready to collect.

We aim to have your order ready 1 hour after you receive an order confirmation email (during trading hours).

You will receive another email when your order is ready for collection. Please do not arrive until you have received this confirmation email.

Please bring your order confirmation and a form of photo ID e.g. Drivers Licence, 18+ Card, Gun License or Passport.

If your order is greater than $500, please bring the credit card that was used to pay for the order as well.

Burnsco has a flexible exchange and refund policy.
