Promo Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter of the competition to win 1 of 20 Valvoline Chilly Bins (Competition) is Burnsco in conjunction with Valvoline. 
2. The Competition is governed by these terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions). By entering into the Competition you are deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions. 
3. The Competition begins at 12:01am on 29 October 2024 and ends at 11:59pm on 3 December 2024 (the Competition Period). 
4. To enter the Competition, you must  
   
   1. log into your Burnsco Club Member account online or provide your membership details at checkout in store, and 
   2. purchase 2 or more stocked Valvoline products in a single transaction from a Burnsco store or www.burnsco.co.nz during the Competition Period.  
      You will automatically be entered into the draw when the criteria are met.  
5. Each qualifying transaction will give you one entry into the competition. If the products from the qualifying transaction are returned, your entry will be forfeited.  
6. All information relating to the Competition and all personal information will be held by Burnsco in accordance with our Privacy Policy https://www.burnsco.co.nz/company-info/privacy-policy  
7. The prize is a Valvoline Chilly Bin. There are a total of 20 Valvoline Chilly Bins to be given as prizes. One for each Burnsco store including the webstore. 
8. The Competition draws will take place within 7 days of the competition ending. Each draw will be conducted by Burnsco by random selection from all valid entries for each Burnsco location on that Competition Draw Date. 
9. No prize is transferable, exchangeable or refundable for cash, nor negotiable.  Prize may vary from that pictured.  
10. Burnsco will endeavour to notify the winners by phone or email (using the mobile phone number and email recorded in their Burnsco Club Member contact details) within 7 days of the Competition Draw Date. 
11. If for any reason Burnsco is unable to make contact with a winner within 7 days of their relevant Competition Draw Date, the winner will forfeit the prize and a new winner will be drawn and the relevant prize will be given to the new winner. 
12. If you are the winner, you consent to Burnsco’s use of your name and image for publicity and promotional purposes (including the display of your name in store, on the Burnsco website and on Burnsco social media) and you agree to collect your prize from a Burnsco store and have a photograph taken for publicity purposes.  Receiving your prize is conditional on your consent to this being given and not revoked. 
13. Burnsco may use your personal information from your entry to conduct this Competition and for its own future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. By entering this Competition, you consent to receiving promotional material from Burnsco including brochures and emails. 
14. Burnsco staff and their immediate family and employees of any of Burnsco’s suppliers are ineligible to enter the Competition. 
15. Burnsco will not be liable if, for any reason, the Competition is not capable of running as planned. This includes, but is not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Burnsco which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition. 
16. Burnsco has the right to suspend, delay or terminate the Competition, or any remaining part of the Competition, if material pandemic or any other Government or health authority prescribed restrictions are imposed on all or any part of New Zealand during the Competition Period.  In this event, no prizes (or further prizes) will be awarded. 
17. In the event of a dispute concerning any aspect of the Competition (including eligibility), the decision of Burnsco will be final. No correspondence concerning any decision made by Burnsco in relation to the Competition will be entered into. 
18. Burnsco reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, amend or suspend the Competition or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

O1. The promoter of the Win A Winch competition (Competition) is Burnsco. 
 
2. The Competition is governed by these terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions). By entering into the Competition you are deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions and any variation of them as updated on the Burnsco website from time to time. 
 
3. The Competition begins at 12:01am on 19 September 2024 and ends at 11:59pm on 2 December 2024 (the Competition Period). 
 
4. To enter the Competition, you must be a Burnsco Club Member and purchase a qualifying Maxwell Winch from a Burnsco store or www.burnsco.co.nz during the Competition Period. You will automatically be entered into the draw when the criteria are met.  
5.  A qualifying winch is any Maxwell winch that is in Burnsco’s normal range and in stock. It excludes any non-stocked and/or non-ranged items.  
 
6. Each qualifying Maxwell Winch purchase gives you one entry into the draw.  
 
7. All information relating to the Competition and all personal information will be held by Burnsco in accordance with our Privacy Policy

The winner of the draw will receive a Burnsco Gift Card (or, if considered practicable by Burnsco and preferred by the winner, a refund using the same payment method used by that customer for their relevant original purchase), in each case to the value of the purchase price paid for the Maxwell winch purchased by that customer during the Competition Period.
