A versatile single component primer suitable for most substrates above and below the water. Provides a "stand alone", multi-coat underwater protective system requiring only anti-fouling to complete the job.

- Rapid dry time
- Method: Spray: Altex Thinner #53, Brush: Altex Thinner #45
- Touch dry: 1 1/2 hrs @ 25 degrees
- Hard Dry: 12 hrs @25 degrees
- Coverage: 2 coats/ 9.7m2 per litre at 50 microns
