Product Questions
Can I mount the filter carbon at the top, rather than at bottom - reverse of the "This way up arrow" on the unit? The original one was installed this way (reverse) and I had no problems. The second one I installed with the correct orientation but it soon got moisture into the carbon. So I want to install the new one I've just received the same as the first installation. I can't see any reason why I can't do thus. Is there a logical reason that I'm not aware of?

Ideally it should be mounted as per way of indicated arrows as that was the way it was originally designed.

The reason being, so you can check with the clear bottom that no fluid has got through the hose and entered the filter - so fluid overflow can be seen.
This is how TruDesign recommend installation, please call them on 09 274 5792 to discuss, ideally the carbon filter remains dry at all times.
