Also they appear to be surface mounted. Where does the wiring exit?

Hi There,
-Amp Draw: 39-122mA
-Light Output:
Red:7.1 Lumens
Green:18.87 Lumens
Blue:17.8 Lumens
White: 54.22 Lumens
Wiring exits at the back of the light fixture, so in order to flush mount, a hole must be drilled through panel/ substraight for cable to exit through.
