Not fold able. the head won't fold over the base.
You can move the mirror head in all directions as it has a swivel base.

Hi is this a clamp base so it can be easily removed? No screws?

The clamp base is held in place by grub screws over any windscreens with a thickness of up to 25mm, thanks.
