Would the floor scrubbing brush and handle be suitable for non-slip vinyl flooring? I want something like a regular type of scrubbing brush but on a handle so I don't have to get on my knees to scrub it. Thank you.

This brush has stiff synthetic fill which may cause scuffing on your surface.
A softer bristle would be better.
