Southern Regional Manager

RETAIL CHAMPION REQUIRED TO LEAD OUR SOUTHERN REGION BRANCHES

This role requires someone with strong and proven regional management experience specifically in retail, who can drive sales and inspire store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.  

Since the Regional Manager has a regular rotation of visits to each branch and to our Support Office in East Auckland, travel is required.

About You: 

  • Proven Regional Management experience working in speciality retail environments
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop retail teams
  • Experience in driving sales performance and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Effective relationship management and communication skills
  • Hands-on approach and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of NZ retail with an ability to adapt as the market changes

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Drive sales and revenue by effectively managing KPIs and developing team members through on-going training
  • Lead and motivate store teams to consistently deliver outstanding customer service
  • Handle full P&L management to ensure financial targets are met
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team
  • Create a customer-centric environment to ensure exceptional experiences for all customers
  • Manage all aspects of store operations with a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Facilitate communication and liaison between the support office and store network
