I have a 11lpm pump, but it's just dribbling out of my tap, would this pump be suited for more pressure at tap end?

Not necessarily, as there are many factors that contribute to the flow rate at the tap. Filters, height the water is being drawn, height that the water has to be raised, so changing the pump alone won't guarantee that your flow rate will increase. thanks
