With the brass monkey fridge/freezer 75litre do you require thee lithuim battery to use the solar blanket or does it just run with when solar is taking in the sun?

Yes, you require the lithium battery in order for the fridge to run.

What size lithium battery does this charge? The 7.8 or the 15.6 or both?

This solar blanket will charge either battery depending on what you have installed in your fridge. Obviously the larger battery will take longer to fully charge but it will also run the fridge for longer.
