One UP is a single pack primer/undercoat for use above the waterline with International one-pack finishes like Toplac Plus. It is easy to apply and provides an extra smooth finish.

- One Up White is recommended under all the lighter Toplac Plus colours. To give extra depth of colour blend the final coat of One UP 50:50 with Toplac Plus. This is strongly advised for Yellow, Rescue Orange, Fire Red and Donegal Green
