• By joining, each member of the Burnsco Club agrees to be bound by these Burnsco Club Terms and Conditions and any variation of them as updated on this website from time to time.
• Burnsco Club membership is only activated on receipt by Burnsco of a fully completed application form for the Burnsco Club, whether submitted in-store or online, and our email to you confirming your membership.  Burnsco accepts members at its discretion.
• Only an individual can apply for Burnsco Club membership.   Shared memberships are not permitted.
• A person may hold only one Burnsco Club membership.
• We may contact Burnsco Club members using email, text message or phone, using your contact details provided to us.
• Any personal information collected is held in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Burnsco means Hauraki Marine Limited, trading as Burnsco.

FREE Standard Delivery for Online Orders over $99

• Our Standard shipping rate is $5.99
• The Standard Shipping rate applies to parcels sized around the same as a shoe box
• You must be logged into your Burnsco Club online to receive FREE Standard Delivery
• Free standard delivery is only eligible on orders where the total cart value, including any discounts given, is over $99
   

Please Note:

1. If your parcel is bigger than the standard parcel size, an extra charge will apply, and the Standard Shipping rate will be discounted from your total shipping rate
2. If your parcel contains DG products, an extra charge will apply, and the Standard Shipping rate will be discounted from your total shipping rate
3. If your delivery address is Rural or on an Island, an extra charge will apply, and the Standard Shipping rate will be discounted from your total shipping rate
4. Any additional freight charges and discounts will be displayed at the checkout area while you are placing your order
5. You must be logged into your Burnsco Club account to receive Free Standard Delivery

• Rewards Programme

Burnsco Club members earn Rewards Vouchers upon reaching thresholds for purchases made at Burnsco stores within the relevant Rewards period in accordance with the following table:

Rewards Programme terms and conditions

1. The Rewards period runs from 1 April to 31 March in the following year. 

2. Burnsco Club members may redeem Rewards Vouchers by presenting a valid Rewards Voucher at the time of purchase.

3. Rewards Vouchers can only be redeemed for goods and services sold at Burnsco stores, www.burnsco.co.nz, or at other nominated Burnsco Rewards Programme partners.

4. Rewards Vouchers will expire three months after issue.

5. No change will be given for purchases valued at less than the face value of the Rewards Vouchers redeemed.

6. Rewards Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. Rewards Vouchers cannot be redeemed to buy a Burnsco gift voucher.

8. Burnsco may modify, change, suspend, or terminate the Burnsco Rewards Programme in whole or in part at any time at its absolute discretion without prior notice. In particular, Burnsco may change the above table, the purchase thresholds or the Rewards period at any time in its absolute discretion without prior notice. Burnsco is not obliged to give any consideration for purchases made up to that time. 

9. Burnsco may accept or refuse to allocate a sale towards purchase thresholds retrospectively in its absolute discretion.

10. Burnsco may offer bonus Rewards Vouchers from time to time on terms set by Burnsco at its absolute discretion.

11. Purchases of Burnsco gift vouchers and purchases made with Burnsco Rewards Vouchers or supplier vouchers may not count towards the purchase threshold.

12. Refunds will only be provided for goods and services purchased using a Burnsco Club Membership in accordance with the Burnsco Refunds and Returns Policy. In the event of a refund or credit, the relevant purchase will not count towards the purchase thresholds.

13. Refunds of products where Reward Vouchers were redeemed: We will refund to a gift card the portion related to the Rewards Voucher. The expiry date of the gift card will match the expiry date of the original Rewards Voucher.
