Does it switch between the lithium battery and dc power by itself like when you turn vehicle off

If the Optional Removable Lithium Battery is fitted - the DC / AC charger will run the unit and charge the battery simultaneously. The lithium battery is backup power to keep the unit working for short periods while off grid. thanks
