The Sweepfire 2500 fishing reel has a solid retrieve ratio of 5.3:1 and pulls in a massive 79cm per crank. Daiwas' Digigear, ABS II spool and Twistbuster technology has been incorporated to improve castability and winding performance. For added value and zero fuss, this has also been prespooled with 4kg monofilament.
The Daiwa Strikeforce 702 rod breaks into 2 pieces for easy transportation and storage. As it is a light line casting rod of 1-3kg, it is perfectly designed to cast smaller lures in the 2-12 gram range - try the 7 or 10 gram Tobys, or even 1/8 -1/4oz jigheads with 2-3'' softbaits for excellent results.
Great for use on river banks, lakes and even the canals for the freshwater enthusiasts, or casting small lures for kahawai and trevally for the folks who prefer salt water.
